Where do I start. better yet, bulletpoints.

- Price hike from 199 to 549 in 2 years

- Offered free photoshoot 8 months ago, they never delivered.

- After price hike, bookings DECREASED more than half.

- CUSTOMER SERVICE ??, are you joking, is INEXISTENT. when you are able to actually speak with someone, either the line is terrible, the english is so bad is impossible to understand and when if you do they do not resolve anything . If you write, you receive another email saying they do not have an open case. if you try to open a specific case online is a waste of time, it does not exist.

- Their way to compute your response rate, acceptance rate is so ridiculous that you will never be 100% good. It takes you 10 bookings to rise the rate 5 points, but fail on responding one in 24 hours and you loose 15.

- I am converting to pay per booking, 549.00 does not remotely adds any value to the membership.

- compared to other booking engines homeaway for example is a much better deal and excelent customer service.
